Thank you for your interest in joining our Elevate YTH team. We look forward to reading your story. Please complete and submit the following form so we can get to know you and your experience.

Requirements:
  • All Elevate YTH team members must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is consistent and growing through prayer, Bible reading, and church fellowship.
  • All YTH team members must be committed Elevate Church attendees, including regular attendance at in-person Sunday Services. Members must maintain a faithful attendance record.
  • All YTH team members should be available to serve a minimum of 2 services a month.
